Workshops
For the past 17 years I have also worked as a trainer, facilitator and lecturer in university, not-for-profit, private sector and Buddhist contexts. Over the past 8 years I have run long-term groups for women exploring Buddhist theory and practice. In the past couple of years I have began to run workshops exploring embodiment, ecopsychology and eco Dharma as a practising therapist and Buddhist practitioner. I assist Nick Totton with his 'Wild Therapy' workshops (see below). I sometimes undertake commissioned training and facilitation for other organisations. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
'In this body a fathom long...' An exploration of embodiment
In the spring of 2011 I ran a course held over 5 evenings, exploring embodiment in a live and experiential way, through movement, reflection, pair work, art work, visualisation, and ritual  (Feb - March 2011). I plan to run this course again in the autumn of 2011. The focus of the work is what it means to be an embodied being living on the body of the planet, connected with human and other than human life. Please let me know if you are interested or wish to find out more.

In addition to the workshops above, I often lead meditation and practice days at the Bristol Buddhist Centre.

Wild Work group - 11 February to 24 March 2012
This year I will be running a small 'wild work' group which will meet on 2 Saturdays and 5 Tuesday evenings. Participants will be invited to explore their experience in the light of themes from ecopsychology and ecodharma in a process-oriented way. Please see flyer for full details, dates, cost and feel free to contact me for more information.

Wild Therapy - June 2012
I will be assisting Nick Totton with the Wild Therapy weekend 22-24 June, 2012, see flyer. This will be held at Paddington Farm, an organic farm and educational trust near Glastonbury. To find out more or book a place, please contact me. Or find out more about Wild Therapy and Nick's work and practice.

In May 2011 I organised this weekend for Nick at the same venue. As Nick writes of the weekend:

"Therapy has wild aspects, and rather tame ones; both can be of value at different times and for different people, but this workshop will be an exploration and celebration of therapy’s wildness, its capacity to transcend the limitations we place on our own creativity and connectedness".
